Selected Use Cases
Designed and shipped a hybrid retrieval system (BM25 + pgvector on PostgreSQL) integrating hundreds of technical documents. Built on OVH GPU infrastructure, the system reached over 91% precision with a monthly infrastructure cost under €250. Every architectural decision was driven by operational constraints, not benchmark chasing.
Architectural review of an inherited SaaS email application under NDA: assessed the hosting strategy, mapped the migration path, and produced a decision framework for the product team. The challenge wasn’t rewriting — it was knowing what to preserve and building the case for each trade-off under time and cost constraints.
Used a multi-layer AI pipeline to reverse-engineer legacy fiscal code: extracted fragments of existing business logic, turned them into structured rule descriptions, and fed those directly into a Drools rule engine. From scattered code analysis to production-ready rules, end to end.
Built and shipped Docling Studio, a visual inspection and debugging layer for document parsing pipelines, on top of IBM’s Docling framework. The launch was acknowledged by the full IBM Research Docling core team. Now evolving toward a RAG evaluation and debugging platform (v1.0 roadmap).
